Beautiful, classic pipe!,
Besides the apparent beautiful finish, gorgeous engraving, and good feel in the mouth (hands free!), this pipe makes you feel as if you are in the Old World. I highly recommend this pipe, it comes with a cartridge filter with charcoal tablets in it. Seems like you can refresh the charcoal tablets as they get gunked up. Honestly, never used to use the paper filter in my corncob, but this charcoal filter makes things MUCH smoother, recommend trying with and without the filter to see what you like instead of just taking out the filter and tossing it.
Hands down, great pipe, has definitely established an F.E.S.S. pipe brand loyalty within me.
Edit: Despite initially liking the filter’s effect on the smoke, it retains a lot of moisture and makes the pipe harder to maintain. Still a great pipe, and easier to maintain without the filter. I have bought another one of these pipes to have on hand should anything happen to the original.
